Protocols

We encourage all members to utilize the online payment procedures as much as possible to reduce the need to come to the admin office.

If members do have to come to the admin office, they must wear a mask and be subject to a temperature check and must sanitize their hands upon entry.

Players on arrival for practice sessions will continue to be subject to temperature checks prior to being allowed to join the sessions.

If a player is observed with an unusually high temperature or exhibiting any other flu-like symptoms, that player will not be permitted to train

If a player is sick for any reason, we kindly ask that you allow the player to skip the training session until such time as he or she is feeling better.

Parents are allowed to remain during training sessions but must utilize the tents on the outside and the shaded areas to maintain the appropriate social distancing. If parents cannot maintain the social distancing, they must wear a mask

The bar will be opened on evenings to facilitate the purchase of drinks and snacks for members and players alike. However, there must be no congregating at the bar itself. Members who approach the bar for service must have on their face mask

Only limited numbers will be permitted on the balcony of the club house at any given time in order to maintain the social distancing. Members who remain on the balcony and are not socially distant must wear their face mask

Thank you for your full cooperation with the above protocols. The Club management reserves to right to amend any of the protocols as necessary to remain compliance with all protocols and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health.
