Below is our new training schedule & format for the 2021/2022 Term 2.

  • Parents and players must pre-register for the training sessions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging to put it mildly, bringing along with it a variety of challenges, however it has also allowed for opportunities and activated our creative juices.

Over the last year we have brainstormed at the management level and worked cohesively with the authorities, in an effort to provide a safe, productive and fun environment for all of our members.

We would like to say a sincere thank you, to all of our members for their support, commitment and loyalty during these times, and it is because of you that we are the premier youth football club on the island.

While inactive on the pitch, we have been plowing away off it, in an effort to safely get our players back on the pitch.

Below we continue, our latest initiative for the players’ safe return to the pitch.

The format:

  • We will target the following age categories - U9, U11, U13, U15, U17/seniors.
  • Duration: 10/11 weeks, January 17th- April 1st, 2022.
  • There will be a ratio of 1:4 (coach to players).
  • There will be a registration process in order to gauge the numbers ahead of the session, which allows us to know how many coaches are required...Please pre-register by communicating your attendance to [email protected] and [email protected] for payment.
  • The players will remain with the same coach for the entire session.
  • The sessions will address technical and physical development. NO CONTACT.
  • Players will be directed in a designated area where they will house their belongings and sit during breaks.
  • Parents will drop off or remain in their vehicles during sessions.
  • Patrons may go to the concession area to purchase but MUST wear their mask.

  • Players receive more individual attention.
  • Coach & player relationship will improve.
  • More repetition of skills and exercises which can lead to quicker improvement and efficiency.
  • Coach & player assessment is easier because of fewer numbers.

Sessions:

  • We will continue to execute uniformity during sessions (colour coded days).
  • Punctuality will be of utmost importance since the sessions will be shorter and we want all players to receive the maximum from each session.
  • Each age category will have two days of training for the initial stage.
  • No congregating after sessions.

Cost:

  • $25 per session or $40 for both sessions (which must be paid at the first session).

Notes:

  • All players MUST sign-in, have their temperature checked and sanitize their hands before taking to the pitch.
  • If you’re paying via cash, you must pay at the check-in table.
